Hi Stephen,

Not trying to bust your behind, but you've got three other threads open for the same basic issue, all unresolved.

https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...tracks-288553/

https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...-valve-288613/

https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...s-side-288327/

Each of those threads has some helpful details, but unfortunately this info is spread out in different locations. It makes it very difficult for the rest of us to keep track of what has and has not been done so far. For the best results, I'd highly suggest sticking to one thread.

As far as the sensor in question, how did you determine it was at fault? There's a single evaporator temp sensor and two discharge duct temp sensors (left and right). On my '02 V6, all three are Motorcraft YH1504. I don't have the official Jaguar part number handy, but they were basically Ford (Motorcraft) parts in a very expensive box.

Did you manually select LO on the control panel? That overrides the two discharge duct temp sensors, the ones supplying the feedback to control how much heat should be added downstream of the evaporator. If one side is still warm in manual LO, the discharge duct sensors are not at fault.

@stephen44 I've merged all the threads into this one.
Let's stick with this now please?

when you say bypass, you mean the repair to the blown tracks?
Mine does not have any blown tracks. Or do you mean a way of bypassing the CCM?..if so I did search but found no info

they’re burnt

you run wires from the pins straight to the output leg on the driver chipset
