Default Overpressure coolant | waterleak radiator

Hi, since a while I get a warning of coolant level too low and overheating engine. Also overpressure in the heater tank.
I thought about a head gasket problem but just found out there is water leaking beneath the radiator.
The radiator seems to be dry but the smaller part below is leaking. See picture.
Is this part of the radiator or is it an oil cooler?

Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Jaguar S type - 2005 - V6 - 2.5

That looks like the cross tubes of the coolant radiator, and looks rather sad. If it is damp/wet with radiator coolant, that is your problem.

Adding the year and engine details to your Sig, via the CP tab at the top, will assist with accurate answers about that particular model.

Hi Grant Francis,

Thanks for the reply.
It's an S type 2005 V6 2.5
The water was pouring down after I did a test drive at high revs.

In JEPC I can only find the radiator XR856379
Not this lower part.

Can you find a part number maybe?

Thanks

The part in front of the radiator is the air conditioning condenser unit, which from the looks of things, is also not in good condition. In order to remove the condenser and radiator, the air conditioning must be discharged by a shop having the proper equipment.

+1 on needing the radiator as the plastic side tanks are also prone to failure.

In addition, due to the age, since we do not know the number of kilometres, the coolant hoses should also be replaced and the thermostat renewed. The coolant expansion tank is another problem area, and should also be replaced whilst removing the radiator.
