Default P0016 after timing chain replaced

2007 s type 3.0. Replaced timing chain and tensioners, I also did injectors and some other work. now code P0016 and P0206 and runs like ****! Can it really be I have a bad sensor after new chain install? And did I get a bad injector? Possibly. any thoughts to trouble shoot as I rip this bitch back apart!

thanks in advanced!
