Got P0301 on my 3.0 liter V6(cylinder #1 misfire DTC). Goes into Limp Mode when under heavy load(steep hill). When at idle the engine will misfire from time to time(at stop sign or red lite). You can feel it miss and you can see the tach blip when you feel the misfire. I plan to change all the plugs on the pass. side(drivers side has already been done)once I get the upper intake manifold off, but do I need to also change #1 coil pack and #1 fuel injector for this symptom(P0301 and noticeable miss)or will the plugsalone fixit? I'm near 80K on the clock. What other parts should be changed once the upper manifold is off to avoid having to go back and remove it all over again just to change a minor part? Do I need to change PCV, lower breather elbow or any other items that can't be reached without removing the upper intake? thanks
