I went out this morning to go and my 2003 s type had the park brake stuck and I couldn't go. the light comes on and it says parkbrake fault. It was very cold last night and only 7 degrees this morning could that be the problem

Could be. Are you also getting anyother goofy warnings? DISCLAIMER: I am not a tech, but when my wifes S Type did the EXACT same thing on a 17 degree afternoon, it was caused by a failling battery. I replaced the battery and no more "stuck" parking brake or goofy warnings.
