hey guys well I have a monitor that I am hooking into my car. I
have 2 options. I can either just plug it into my 12v outlet... I
really really really don't want to do that since it'll be UGLU...
and another option is to hardwire it. This is what I really WANT to
do,, I'll be able to hide the wires.. etc.

Now my question is where could I hard wire the monitor to? I have a
RED wire and a BLACK wire.. can you please tell me the exact
location to where I could wire it to..

Red is your hot wire, you can splice the red wire into your cig lighter and it will work when you turn your ignition on. The black wire is the ground, meaning find any metal surface. Use a test light to make sure that the surface is grounded.
