As the title says will a supercharger from a 01 XJR fit a 03 S Type R?

Yes in terms of bolting it on, but not so good regarding the shape of the intake elbow. You would need to port the intake elbow a bit so it matches the SC opening, and need to work on closing the gasket gaps around the bearings, as the 4.2 stick out to which the gasket if formed, and the 4.0 SC is flat, and you need the 4.2 gasket. Would not advice it, especially as you can get 4.2 blower relatively cheap, and the 4.2 blowers are better in terms of lower noise and longevity, I still have a couple if you can't find anything local, just pm me.
