I have just upgraded all 4 standard ford door speakers with some pioneer 8x6 and it sounds pretty good but needs brightning up a bit at the high end. I was toying with adding some in line tweeters where you wire them across the + and - terminals of the existing speakers but wonder if anyone has done this to a standard audio system (nav screen audio) and if so what did you buy and where did you site them in the vehicle . On the door somewhere or elsewhere. Mine is a 2006 model.
