hi the problem is the car refuses to lock with the fob it locks then unlocks with the key it locks passenger door remains unlocked ive tried pushing the lock from inside and its stuck no way its moving what do i need to replace or do to free it off

I have a similar problem. The passenger door will not lock/unlock automatically. Whatever the position of the passenger lock, the other doors go to that position. We may have to remove the handle.

 

Solution = new passenger door actuator / locking mechanism will fix this problem
