Side Marker Light

Default Side Marker Light
I need to change the bulb on the left front side marker light (not the repeater).
How do I get to it?
I thought the assembly just popped off but when I tried to pry it I heard a cracking noise.
Any suggestions?

Via the owner's manual. It has great instructions and pictures for changing any of the lamps.
