Question Side reflectors in bumper

Hi all,any chance someone has removed the horrible orange side reflectors in there front and rear bumpers. If so can you tell me how to get them out,if possible with out removing the bumpers,I wish to re-profile them to match the bumper trim and colour them the same as the car.
Cheers for now

Default Side reflectors in bumper

Sorry Roger, the stickie at the top of the page has the "How To" guides its not pulling up for me but in there, there are DIYs with pics from me showing how to get them out without removing bumper skins.

Many thanks for the info unfortunately my car is the XS type with the full body kit and so I still don't know if I can get to the rear of the bumpers, maybe if I try and remove the inner wing linings I will be able to get to the rear of the reflectors. What do you think ?
