I haven't been following this thread for a few days and BAM it turns into

Pimp My Ride!

Is this still a Jaguar forum?

Just thought I'd mention it, there is a 2005 Chrysler 300C for sale on british E-bay, I'd bet the man will take Ł6G. for it.
Gunmetallic grey, 3.5ltr.V6, 86,000m, and get this -- LPG converted, gas at 71p/ltr!
If you want to check, put "lpg" in the search and find it quickly. It's in Beckenham.
Don't blame me if you buy it...
Leedsman.

In the rest of the world they don't sell the US "Magnum" Wagon.

They sell an "estate" 300c Basically the US Magnum, with the 300c nose.

Which is ALL bolt on btw. Chip foose did a 300c wagon for sema and just bolted on a 300c nose.

Take care,

George

Default Here's my 48

Jeff:

I've attached a couple of pictures of my 48 Fleetmaster Town Sedan - she's packing 90 screaming HP. About the CRV - Honestly, I'm not that impressed with her engine, I-VTEC and all. My CRV doesn't get decent gas mileage unless I feed it 93 octane gas, and, all her power hides at the high end of the tach. The 03 X Type I used to own with the 2.5 Liter engine would blow the CRV's doors off, despite being AWD and heavier, and it got comparable fuel economy.

Rick:

I collect antiques too. I know all about those Flexible Flyers. My house looks like a museum now. The big red monster in the garage was the icing on the cake. My wife encouraged me to buy it. I think she got tired of me coming home with ancient clocks, and, other stuff.

Jeff,

Appreciate your posts, both here and Off Topic. Hope you stick around and eventually maybe return to the fold. Congrat's on the new ride, hope it suits your needs. I've seen them (300C) done up tastefully, and of course also done up (down) horribly. I'm sure you will keep her classy.

If you ever make it to the burgh for the Vintage Grand Prix, look me up. I may try to make the British Car day up your way this year.

All the best,
Chris

Yes.. What I said... It is called the Touring. Here, Touring is a trim package.. In other markets there is only one trim, then power train and options.. All 300's outside North America are called 300C's even the V6 cars.

Chrysler just took down their UK 300 page... I guess the only Chrysler sold there for now is the Town & Country mini van.. That would make sense since the restyled 300 is due to appear in Europe as a Lancia. Fiat just took the wraps off of a Dodge Journey badged as a Fiat...
