Spark plug holes mangled?

2005 3.0 S-type

Are these seal seats replaceable? It looks like the one at the top (cylinder 5) is fine but 1 and 3 are mangled. This explains the misfires as they had water in them.

Fellow brother "aholbro" has a nice write up with color glossy photos on how he repaired his valve cover.
