I have a 2006 S-Type 3.0 with Sport Package. Black on black w/ dark wheels; it really does look super-bad.

Does anyone have any idea how many S-Types w/ 3.0 came with Sport Package?

 

The X200 and X204 had 'Sport Package' as an option. They have 17-inch wheels and the CATS system. In my experience, they aren't very rare, especially in X200 form.

Perhaps someone else, or JLR can tell you how many were imported into the US.

 

I'm in Newport also; all my old British car guys in CM arent around any more. Can you recommend a person or place to go for service? Thanks, Norman

The manual Sports are rare (X202-X204 - 285 were RHD and 391 were LHD.) The automatic ones not so much.
The X200 Sport was basically cosmetic but the 4.0 version got the CATS suspension as standard.
The later cars got stiffer suspension and bigger brakes as real differences. However the SE models could also have the bigger brakes.
