I have a supercharger from an '01 XJR with 30K miles that I can sell if you want. Don't know if it will work for your car. Maybe the nose drives are interchangeable.

I guess they're not meant to be filed down, huh?

Is your pulley wrecked as well. It was my understanding that they can't be removed and reused

The pulley is fine, it was the snout that broke.
Avos I spoke with PSE and they said no nose drives for Eatons M112's.

I pulled my supercharger again last week and it was a b*tch. If you need any help let me know. You should be able to get it rewelded, its just aluminum, but if the metal was thin enough to crack in the first place, it might be a waste of time. Who ground the snout for the new pulley? I might recommend leaving the stock pulley on the next one. This isn't the first time I've heard of a modified Eaton cracking. Ask the cobra guys.

It was done by a mustang shop here in town. I just think it was not centered correctly so it was pulling it until it broke. Since they make you sign something saying that if the have to file it down they are not responsible I cant do anything, even though they said they had done it numerous times. I will still get the smaller pulley but I will take the supercharger off this time and take it to a machine shop to do it.

Just got a call from Magnuson and they said they cant help either so I guess I have to buy another supercharger.
