Default Superjags car?

For the members that have been here a few years, I have always wondered what happened to Gabriel. He was another DIYer and posted often. I found what I think is his old S Type for sale on ebay in MN., Gabriel was located in KS as I recall.

Is this the member you're referring to: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/members/super_jag-1681/

Thats crazy after we were just talking about him wondering what happend to him. I wonder what was all done to that S type. The front mount heat exchanger has me wondering cause under the hood doesnt look like there was any forced induction. Anybody happen to know what mods he had in this S type?

He must have two. The grey one and this one (the one Rick saw on Ebay): http://www.cardomain.com/ride/317498...-jaguar-s-type

Gabriel was going through a divorce the last we heard from him. He had a dark grey STR. I didn't read that he had a 3.0 "S" when he was a regular poster. He had just picked up headers for his STR but the divorce caused their sale to a Lincoln LS owner. He may have sold the STR too.

Wasn't superjag's car the Dark grey STR in Miami, FL?

Had the funky mirrors and a bunch of other stuff.

I saw this MN car on ebay too. Has a 3.0 with a polished intake manifold - which does look kinda sexy I might add...

I'm not as big a fan of the snowplow front bumper...

The FMIC made no sense, unless the car had a turbo (or he was planning on one) at some point.

Take care,

George

George as Iluvmy05 above stated, he had 2, one STR and this red one. He was BIG time into polishing the aluminium, I do remember some pics he had posted about that. The trigger on that ebay add is the "sleepy eyes" headlights and the custom bumper he fab'ed in his garage.

I was confused as well bfs, I do remember him doing the headlights on this ebay posted one and he received some negative feedback for doing so. As I recall when he purchased the STR this one was put on the back burner, I personally was more intrigued about his work on this one rather than the STR.

Yes, that was Superjag's car.. I remember him polishing the intake on the 6. I thought he sold the 3.0 to get the R, but could be mistaken. He was going to do a forced induction on the 3.0, but like many, discovered that just buying a R was probably the cheaper thing to do....

Interestingly enough, Super_Jag (Gabriel) is listed as last active on 2/16/11 according to his user profile.

https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/members/super_jag-1681/

Maybe he's still lurking?

Take care,

George
