Tail pipe rattle.

I'm getting a slight rattleing sound from my right tail pipe. It gets a little louder if I wiggle the pipe. Is there something that could come loose? It's not the hangers It's like a small screw or something is inside the tail pipe.

possibly rust flakes or a piece of cat broken.
