Default Teaser Pic

On the way back to my dormitory (what a lovely 12 hour drive it turned out to be [8D]) I took a 3.5 hour detour to cut over to Jacksonville to do my first photoshoot of the Jag with my buddy's SC400. Photos are still being edited (bugs and such), but I thought I'd post a teaser pic. Enjoy.

Thanks to you for the sale. [sm=bounceybounce.gif]Now I just need a fresh wash and wax from the ride up, and a little bit of tire shine, and I'll be happy.

Thanks bro- it was good meeting you also. More photos will be up sooner or later. I'm thinking of a few minor cosmetic upgrades. Painting the black trim piece below the grill and either 4300 or 6000k hid's.

Thanks bro- I'm still working on a few more other additions in the making. I have a temp setup, but I'm looking into a JL Audio soundsystem in the future, and possibly some H&R Springs. I'm still debating the springs because I travel a lot and I don't want to load them up with too much weight.

Same here- it's going to be a long time before I consider anything else. For now I'm just debating on the option for HID's when the money gets right (I have to get a new job[:-] ).

Finding the right HIDs is such a pain. I started looking around already. The internet is full ofall China units that claim to use German Technology and Japanese Parts. My friend bought a set for his 2006 Honda Civic from ebay for $169, and he has to turn his headlights on and off like 8-9 times before they light up. He brought it tothe place where I got my 4 Tvs installed in my car. And they saidit is a cheap kit. (Not a relay issue)The place where I go said they have a new unit coming out mid September that is a real German HID unit for $300 installed. The nextquestion is what "K" temp I am looking for. Also my Fog lights need an upgrade as well.

Yeah I got a cheap set as my first set on my SC. Not so mucch as an issue lighting up, I just didn't like how the output turned out. I'm sure it wasn't helped by the fact that I should have changed projectors but still it wasn't up to par.

Thanks- I'm sure she'll look a little cleaner once I get some new $$$. I'm doing a few minor adjustments that should change the look quite nicely and still be quite subtle.

Well- I'm starting by looking into getting some fresh paint to touch up a few of the black plastic trim pieces. Eventually I want to get some decent HID's and maybe H&R Springs. There's no rush though because I need to do my regular maintenance mods first (new tires next spring) and I have to fund my trip to Cancun next spring break!
