Trying to remove the headrest on a Jaguar S-Type 07

Does it have electric up and down

 

I have the opposite problem. Trying to get it back in. I have the electric up and down headrests and I cant remember how I got them out but the reinstall didnt go well. I think I didnt put it in correctly. Cant remember but I think it doesnt go up or down. Ill have to look at it again. Its been a while

I would head to an upholstery shop. They might have a headrest out or back in fast. Like 30 second. They do that task every day.
