Default Tube on headlights

Where in the hell does the tube connect to on these HID headlights? Neither of mine is connected at either end. The only thing that is holding them on is the little black connector that keeps it tight with another line.

I have no clue what it is or what it's called. There is one tube on each head light assembly.

if you try and plug it into both air outlets from the lights, you will get condesation in them.

i have it plugged into the tab above the high beam and draped down in the harness behind the lights.

I tried it the other way and had fogging in the light.
