HELLO I JUST BOUGHT A 2001 JAGUAR S TYPE 3.0 V6.. IN IT HAS A VERY BAD MISFIRE.. I HAD THE SPARK PLUGS CHANGED AND ALL THE COIL PACKS CHANGE.. IT RAN SMOOTH FOR ABOUT A DAY,. THEN STARTED RUNNING BACK ROUGH.. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND THEY DIAGNOST THE PROBLEM. THEY SAID MY PCM BAD.. THE COMPUTER IN THE VEHICLE IS CAUSE IT THE COIL PACK TO MISFIRE... DO ANY ONE HAVE A SECOND OPIONION

I just got mine back with the same problem. I had to have my gaskets changed to keep the oil out of the coils and sparkplugs. I hope it`s not the same issue. It was a fairly costly repair....over $2000 to replace the coils, plugs and gaskets.
