Thanks to Brutal and Vance. I fixed both headlights in about 5 minutes.

 

Tried this fix with some help. Turns out that 4 day old 2003 Jaguar S-Type 4.2 base
headlight housings. The self leveling mounts are all broken inside. So that screw I put
in is the only thing holding it. Think I will have to bite the bullet and buy some after
market headlight housing without the auto leveling. What a pain.
