What have you done?
In a few years of ownership, I've had to do the following:
1. Change the expansion tank
2. Change all the bulbs
3. Change the passenger side mirror
4. Change the leaper to a badge
Next year is tires and brakes. Car has 55,000 miles on it.

2005 S-Type 3.0 purchased on 12/19/08 with 18,000 miles on the odometer. Other than routine maintenance that I've done myself, here's a list of what I've had the Jaguar dealership do under warranty:
- Replace throttle body assembly and sensors due to the Limp Home mode failure.
- Replace fuel filler lid assembly three times due to intermittent failure to lock.
- J004 emissions recall performed.
- Replace under-hood insulation pad due to shrinkage and tearing.
- Replace rear tie-rods and grease caps due to deterioration of the caps.
- Replace Bluetooth microphone due to intermittent failure.
- Alignment as a result of the rear tie-rods having to be replaced.
- Complimentary 40,000-mile service done at 30,600 miles.
- Replace drivers side front fog lamp due to plastic brackets breaking.
- Moonroof drain lines debris blown out with compressed air.
- Re-seal the trunk rubber molding due to a small water leak.
I estimate that I would have had to pay more than $3,000 out-of-pocket for all of this work if the car had not been under the original factory warranty.
Looks like the Bluetooth microphone will have to be replaced under warranty again. I'll get it resolved this coming week because my factory warranty runs out next Saturday. The car currently has about 30,800 miles on the odometer.

Wow, you 00 was way more needy than mine. I did the following with mine before I traded it for the STR.
1. Replaced all 8 ignition coils and spark plugs
2. Front brake job with Akebono Euro pads and EBC blank rotors
3. Serviced trans twice with filter replacement on the first one.
4. Drain and refil the rear end.
5. Replaced driver door switch assembly and control module
6. Replaced sport mode and traction control buttons on center console.
Then I traded it in on this pristine 03 STR and I'm super happy about it!
1. Replaced expansion tank - warranty item at no cost
2. J004 recall notice re-flash performed - dealer applied at no cost.
3. Will have rear differential replaced - warranty item at no cost.
If I didn't have a warranty I would be looking at around $4000 or so in costs.

Here are the warranty claims / repairs for mine.
Bought at 34k now at 48k
1. Replaced ABS module and master cylinder
2. Replaced drivers side rear door molding
3. Bumper respray (due to scratches that the previous owner put on her) **
4. Replaced the "LATCH" anchor covers on the rear deck **
5. Repainted part of the door due to peeling paint (prob. from molding replacement) **
6. Fixed leaking hose clamp from the power steering tank. **
7. Replaced hood liner
8. Replaced fuel filler door **
9. Replaced the passenger side sill when it was discovered that someone had hit something and only "fixed" the plastic sill cover. **
** I listed the items that the dealer fixed for no charge that they technically didn't have to. These all could be attributed to owner neglect, and were out of the warranty scope. This is why my dealer earns very high marks from me.
Service Items beyond the required oil / filter changes
Replaced all 4 rotors with Royalty Rotors drilled and slotted rotors
Replaced the brake pads with performance semi-metallic pads(brake warehouse)
Replaced the tires with General Altimax HP's 245/45/17
