Found lying inside my s-type between the grill and the radiator. Thanks.

Could it be the bracket for the ambient air temperature sensor?

My first thought was a bracket for the horns. But I looked up some used horns on eBay and the bracket was quite different.

Its one of these.

Which holds a cable and some brake lines, with the plastic pipe holder missing.
see items 1 & 5. brake lines.

Those hose clips are all plastic on the ones I have seen? Because as you show they hinge open and closed so they must bend.
He has a steel bracket?

So I dug into the front and found that the brackets -- with plastic inserts -- were in place. But some signs it had been replaced. So... my guess is the one I found was the part replaced, them just stupidly let there to break stuff. Thus, my finding it completed the repair.
