Be very careful of the lower pulley listed that does not include moving the oil filter. There is a tiny bit of room between the belt and the oil filter. Notice the EBay add says 4.0 L engine NOT 4.2L.. All the 4.2L lower pulleys I have seen move the oil filter adapter. Has anyone installed a lower pulley on a 4.2L and NOT had to space out the oil filter adapter??

what is the stock size of the crank pulley?
Most of the fords running the eaton have at least a 7.50 crank pulley which is actually bigger than the biggest one we can buy for the jags. I'm surprised people don't go straight for the 2.75" pulley combined with our tiny crank pullies.
I don't know how close this is, but even with a 2.75 with a 7.25 crank, the formula on the kenne bell website says that max boost would be 14.3 psi with this setup. I guess that must be at the top end once the boost falls down from the peak lower in the rpm range.
