Yes this head would fit a 2007 STR engine. Why would you purchase a head with 192K miles on it, that states it is rebuidable? That's a lot of work. Look for a complete cylinder head with less than 100K miles on it and pay in the $250 to $400 price range. It will save you money in the long run.,

Perhaps my standards are too high, but with that mileage on this head, I would only purchase it for the head casting if I needed a core. I wonder what kind of wear is on the bearing journals, cam lobes, tappets/buckets, springs and valve seats.

Seems like a lot of work to me for a very high mileage tired cylinger head.

+1 on purchasing a cylinder head that's been refurbished or has less miles on it.

Why does the cylinder head need to be replaced?

Remember, the head assemblies are the same for NA & supercharged 4.2L V8 engines (same part numbers). Might be able to widen your search a little bit
