Great looking car Chris!
Just a small suggestion - maybe change your signature from XF-RS to XFR-S.
XF-RS really means XF R-Sport which is just a mildly tarted up version of a base model 2.2 or 3.0 diesel, available only in the UK, Europe and a few other places as far as I know.
On the other hand XFR-S is the real deal and a whole other ball game!

OK, thanks for the suggestion. I've now changed it.

WOW - A race car station wagon! You're dog must be in a rush!

I must admit I have never before seen an XFR-S in this body style - rare that I see ANY XFR-S! Gorgeous...

Wow, yeah the best Sportbrake I've seen.
I hope your dog isn't the moulty type and turns the interior into a furball.

I've got that covered by colour coding my dog to the interior, plus I have a rubber tray in there too.
He doesn't go in there often as we walk most places but when he is in there I have to drive slowly otherwise he'd be like a ball in a pinball machine!!

Is the XF - RS sold in the U.S.? VERY confusing to have an XFR-S and also an XF-RS!

Mark...That is an XFR-S...same as mine, different colour.

There is no XF-RS...there are...XF, XFR, XF-S (XF Supercharged) and of course XFR-S. Hope this clarifies things.

There was an R-S version of the X250, short for "R-Sport", it was just a tarted up base model 2.2 or 3.0 diesel, and it was never sold in North America.

A few pics of my (a friend calls it) Franken-Jag! XF! I've had it 4 years now and love it as much as the day I bought it! I've had fun playing with all kinds of custom changes, details. My latest is the veneers and steeringwheel. Both have been carbon fiber hydro dipped and look sooooo real. The steeringwheel was custom and totally remade with the carbon sections and new leather and added sport grips behind and the slight cut in above main cross bar.
I have a few more things I want to do.
1- redye the seats to the charcoal black from the dove gray. I've never loved the gray as no matter how much you clean, they always look a bit dingy and get dirty too fast. I already replaced all the door cards with factory charcoal from used salvaged cars and I dyed th center console and under dash at the same time.
2- headliner in black. This may be a while as I've purchased the alcantara suede but just haven't tackled it. Pretty big undertaking that I may opt to have done locally.
3- install my new XFR-S rear valance with carbon insert. Just waiting to get it to the body shop to have the outer surround painted. Just can't decide if I want gloss black or lunar gray. The gray would make the carbon pop but the black would make rear look leaner.
4- install my new carbon hood vents and mirror covers, hopefully here in next few days. Still debating on having the vent holes professionally "rolled" for a flush fit or simply cut holes and apply on top of metal. The carbon is so much thinner than the factory vents so they really aren't that noticable.
5- and this is still in the air, I may use a Nissan GTR rear wing spoiler on the boot. It's literally almost identical to the XFR-S spoiler and when my friends GTR goes in for a re-spray, we're going to see just what it would take to modify the base to fit the XF boot. Right now I have a universal carbon spoiler that coincidently looks quite similar to the new F-type spoiler!
I know what I've done isn't to most taste but now that it's 7 years old, the old boy is having a mid life crisis and wants to have some fun!! AND! I've already been asked if I want to sell it eventually and there is a very specific type of person that loves the crazy things I've done!! Lol. (Not selling till the warranty runs out and maybe not even then! It still has 9k left and rest of this year!)
I do eventually want a 14-15 fafelift, but I won't be going to a new XF unless they remedy some of the new styling, especially the interior, that just doesn't continue the classic Jaguar feel. I'll probably switch to an F-pace in future, once a few hit the select pre-owned.

Few close ups of interior. Steering wheel is my absolute favorite thing! I've never owned a Jaguar that didn't have a wood wheel, even had one in my XJS, and the minute I installed this custom one, all was right with the world!!!! Only downside was loosing the heated option but it was worth it.
Also simply changing the audio/ac control fascia to black totally updated the buttons, sort of a nod to the new facelift black buttons. And two thin strips of chrome on the sides of the center console just gives a subtle detail without going too far. Even dealer didn't realize I had added. (My dealer isn't really aware of the details of his cars. Sad but true)

Forgot the rear view (before the lower valance) the updated facelift laid lights took some work but no regrets!! Love it! And the lit growler badge that is also a third brake light. Yeah, I'm an American Chav!! Lol. But the old boy is always the show ******* at ANY car show, especially British events! It's all fun and keeps me outa trouble!! Lol.
