I know this is a common issue but thought I would bring it up again. Noticed my intake was cracked when I took it off to put my Eurocharged pulley on. My brother also has an XFR and I told him to check his and sure enough his was cracked too. So just a suggestion for everyone to check their intakes. Takes only a couple of minutes. Since the cracks are at the Throttle Body after the sensors it is unmetered air getting into the motor and that is a big no no as it could cause a lean condition which could lead to detonation and even engine damage. Rather than get another OEM one I grabbed an intake from Chris at Twin City Performance and couldn't be happier.
