Chris from Velocity sent me a V-tech coded version of the tune file today and I used the V-tech app on my laptop to upload the file to the V-tech device. I'm happy to report that the V-tech performed flawlessly and wrote to the ECM in about 5 min. I took the car out for a hard ride to confirm there were no issues. All was good. No need for mailing around a Kess tool anymore.
