How long does it take to get your stuff? Anyone had any bad experiences?
I made payment on my order March 7th. Still haven't seen anything yet. They were very quick to respond to all my emails until payment was made, then nothing.
I emailed yesterday to find out about my order. My email was replied to almost immediately asking for more information to help with my order (phone number, shipping address). I replied back with that info right away, but I still haven't received a status update on my order.
It's getting to be time to get the XKR back on the road and I'm starting to get worried about these parts showing up. Does it usually take a month to get your items from them?

Here is my story. About a year or year and a half ago I ordered the rear windscreen for my 2012 convert. I ordered it from ebay just to make sure I could get the insurance and I wouldn't get burned if something happened. Paid by paypal and waited for the shipment. A month or so went buy and no part. Sent a note through ebay and was not happy that I had not received the part. I started to process getting my money back. Ebay sent the note to Mina and a week later I got a response from Chris at Mina. He explained to me he had a shipping problem and assumed that the item had shipped. He called me and apologized and told me he would personally ship the item. He also told me he would charge me his cost because of my inconvenience. I received the item 4 days later and he included the licence plate bracket and a Jaguar key chain. The whole deal took about 6 weeks for an item he had in stock . He made up for his mistake and if I need an item I'll look at his goods but if ordering I think looking at some of the comments it would be best to track it and follow up with them until you receive the item.

Finally got tracking numbers las night, but they aren't valid. Going to send another email and see what the deal is.
Chris did apologize and said they had some issues with one of my parts that required either a repair or a new part, and offered to comp me a license plate frame or a set of pedals.
While the gesture is nice I'd be much happier with an upgrade in shipping since it's taken so long. Not sure what's up with the tracking number. I'll wait a few more hours to see if it works and if not then I'll send yet another email.

It's starting to seem like this is a common occurrence. Poor communication (after payment has been made, of course) followed by a fee license plate frame or something of the sort to make up for it.
