Default How do I change the side mirror light cover?

I cracked the plastic cover on the light of the passenger side mirror. Is there a video out there on how to change it. I am visual and like to watch how it's done. Thank you

Pop the mirror off first. Look inside you will see clips on the top. Couple flat head screwdrivers to pry it out slowly. New one will pop right into place.

good luck

Here are the instructions for removing the glass. Apple gentle PRESSURE on the one side and pull on the other

Going to restart this thread and hijack it, too.

I broke the driver's side mirror housing. The clear blinker part is broken and the mirror surround is scratched.

First, where can I get a new plastic lens (is it a dealer only item?), and second, can the surround be replaced too?
