Go to the SNG Barratt website and download the parts catalog for the x-type. Go to page 108 in the catalog and you will find a list of the part numbers for the windscreen wash system. Page 109 will give you a blow up of the system. The hoses are metric and in a lot of cases are different sizes at each end. OEM is the best choice for correct fit.

If the rest of the hose appears to be in good integrity just put an inline coupler between the two separated ends. They use couplers to join the hose to each washer nozzle. You can get a vacuum hose repair kit at Advance Auto I am certain. I had to repair a tear in the length between the nozzles and did it just this way. Works fine and no clamps needed. The inline coupler has barbs that are tight on the two open ends on tubing. It's held great and went through last winter and this summer

Rogelio, I'd snip off a piece of this hose and take it to an auto parts or hardware store where they sell hose by the foot. I'd bet you could find something that'll work. All cars have this problem with plastic and rubber bits deteriorating.
