So.....after stripping the paint from my race car. I have decoded the VIN number and it turns out it's an original manual.

I never received the V5 ( log book, registration doc ).
I know the seller. He owned the car before me, is a recent conversation he told me it was an original manual. He probably purchased it in the mid 80's.

Is there any point in me chasing the V5. ?
anyway I can find the original registration number ?

It would take alot of work to put it back on the road. It's very modified.

custom rear suspension. Electric steering. Modified bulkhead and tunnel to accept supercharged v8.

 

A Jaguar Heritage Certificate will tell you all you need to know.

 

Where is the original drivetrain? Without that it is not really worth anything.
