I'm building a 2018 online right now.... I dunno I'm not crazy about the less aggressive body. The added options are great tough (self parking, more interior options, ...)

Still torn. After full circle I might just keep my 2017 S convertible and call it a day.

The whole next, best model isn't always so great. I am sure the better entertainment system would be nice. But no one with a 15/16 is really missing out on a lot.

Hellcats owners are another case. 2017 new Demon makes the Hellcat #2 in the highest HP for under $100k category. A 9 sec car with possibly 355 rear tires makes the 'last model' sort of a yawn.

The hellcat barely breaks into the 10s with drag slicks... there's no way the Demon is gonna be in the 9s, I promise you that. And 355 rear tires would only make traction worse on that car; so that's out too.

Stolen,

It will (supposedly) be the fastest production car ever made (for under a half million).
I wouldn't count it out. I'd have one in my garage if it were not for the dealer markups and greed.

Dodge or not - no <$200k car will come close to its power and presence. Elegant like the F-Type - absolutely not. Not the 'end all' of cars but pretty amazing leap in the HP Wars Ver 2.0.

http://www.dodge.com/en/ifyouknowyouknow/

Some year to year changes are more dramatic than others, that is all I was saying. At the NYC show in April, no one is going to care much about the Ford GT500, new Chevy Z06, etc - all eyes will be on this beast.

There are a few F-Type owners here that go to drag race their cars - they would be interested in a car like this; imagine a 9-10 sec car you drive home and to the grocery store - cool stuff.

For horsepower figures, we’ve been told the Hellcats were originally dynoed at 850-horsepower before being detuned to a more streetable 707 horsepower. According to our sources, the horsepower for the demonized supercharged Hemis will be between 850 and north of 900 horsepower. They simply said, “Make sure you are sitting down for when the horsepower figures are released.” It’s also said both the Demon and ADR production will be very limited; less than 10% of Hellcat production.

drive elegant , that's is what i thinking of

3xx ps supercharge is far beyond good for 99.999% situtaiton

but of course if the price in Taiwan is not that crazy

i would go for s for sure

The Hellcat is an amazing car......but I'm with Stohlen in the fact that there is no way a stock one is going to run 9's. The slower of my buddies two drag cars is an 805hp, 3200 lb car that routinely runs high 9's with 12" slicks and wheelie bars......The Hellcat is +1000 lbs and doesn't have nearly the same traction or suspension setup for weight transfer.

This... and also I work for FCA. Take everything you read with a grain of salt unless you hear it directly from us.
