Almost all the web pics i've seen of aluminum intakes (Mina, Stage 1) show a 3.25 to 3" reducer coupling at the SC intake and a 3" to 3" at the MAF. What would be the problem if any of just going with a 3.25" aluminum tube. would the increased diameter bugger the MAF sensor and thus the fuel mix? I'm keeping everything but the tube, stock. Only the baffled tube portion of intake will be replaced. Stock box, filter, MAF chamber as per this post:
