Hey fellow Jaaaaa(a?)g enthusiasts!
I was playing around with jaguarusa.com's configurator and noticed that one option seems to be missing from 2016:

On a 2016 model F Type R (coupe) you were able to specify a $400 black pack (removal of chrome pieces), but it is not longer there.

Any idea why? Differentiating between the R and SVR models? Or am I missing something here?

I really liked that option, would suck if Jaguar removed it from the R...

 

I think it's just that the configurator is quite bad.

 

If you see my thread, I pulled the trigger on a 2017 R coupe, I added this option by having my salesman add it to my car order.

 

to ubad...im about to get a 2017 f type r...do u have any pics of storm grey...also what does black pack actually do...and have u heard anything about 2018 f type r...im coming from the xkr and wondering how this compares

The Black Pack on an "R" adds gloss black side vents and window trim.
