This part is to the left is to the left of the throttle body. I broke it, removing the throttle body, to remove the thermostat housing.

It looks like the vacuum line, that goes from the Throttle Body to the Secondary Air Reservoir. There is a vacuum control valve between the to points. My vacuum control valve is a small plastic disk about the size of a quarter.
