Default Thermal switch valve needed for 86 XJS V12

Does anyone know who stacks these valves for the fuel rail. The switches are available, but no one seems to have the valves. Mine has deteriorated, though it still works as I've had no vapor lock issues.

I don't think those are available any more. I found one on a XJ6 at a local breaker yard.

if the plastic has not totally turned to dust you can disassemble them and clean them out.

Is the xj6 and XJ12 the same part? My car runs fine. One of the nipples broke off from age. I epoxied it. But want a better one.

It's the same part number on the XJ6 and the XJS.

Its also rarely necessary. I'm in the southern US with temp in the 90F range pretty frequently and without this I've never had hot start issues caused by fuel vaporization in the rail. I replaced it for aesthetic reasons only.

I also remove the remains of the switch/valve.

Never had hot start issues, and we get 42C++ Summers.

Most hot start issues I have found on the V12 is fuel pump related, followed very closely by cooling system lack of maintenance.
