Which site is that? Can you give the link, I can’t find the 19MY configurator. Didn’t think it was available yet.
Just looked at the configurator. It seems to now show 19MY since infotainment screen is new but yes as you say they haven’t updated the colours to match the brochure. Odd, perhaps too early since can’t order one yet ?
Ok looking at this configeration youll see the numbers highlighted in red, Red callipers (2) are £320, then it says at the bottom (2) Requires 380mm front and 325mm rear brakes or 380mm front and 376mm rear brakes.
I ordered the red callipers, presumed on standard brakes, there was no mention of whether they were just available with the bigger brake option. So wondering will it come with the red brakes as i paid the £320
Judging by the on-line configurator the 380PS F Type's and above come with the 380/325mm discs as standard but with black calipers so as long as you are buying that or better you should be fine.
The 2L and 340PS cars come with 355/325mm and silver calipers as standard.

Its the 2.0 R dynamic, as show with red arrow in the picture seems you can get the upgrade brakes also, as far i know the car is coming on standard brakes, no mention of upgrades, but he has taken the £320 for red calipers, maybe they just do the standard as a paint option, it is on an option list he gave me, car in locked in now for build.

Yes, it's extremely confusing. That 320 pounds would just you red coloured calipers instead of the stock silver colour, but to upgrade to bigger brakes would cost a helluva lot more (see the second to bottom line above). But that line is to upgrade to the "super performance" brakes, 380 mm front and 376 mm rear, and there seems to be no option to upgrade to the "high performance" brakes 380 mm front and 325 mm rear (ie the third to bottom line above, which is blanked out for your car). Weird. Then to make it even more confusing, if that was even possible, we have Note 2 about red and black brake calipers which says "requires 380mm front and 325mm rear or 380mm front and 376mm rear brakes", ie either the "high performance" or "super performance" brakes, which in turn implies that you can't get the base silver brakes in red or black despite what lines 2 and 3 say!
It's a complete dog's breakfast!
If I were you the first thing I would do is try to confirm exactly what size brakes you are getting, and if you are told "stock base brakes (ie "performance" 355 front and 325 rear) I would ask for my 320 pounds back, and simply repaint the calipers red yourself for a tiny fraction of that cost.
It is definitely an option to go for red or black calipers on the base brakes, in which case you literally are paying way over the odds for a set of base calipers that have been painted red or black as the case may be. ie, you're just paying for a paint job.
Jag do something similar even with the standard fitted bigger brake packages - if the car comes with black calipers, identical red ones are an extra cost option, if the car comes with red calipers, identical black ones are an extra cost option...
So is Windward Grey, shown on that page, the same as Satellite Grey from MY 2014? They're both greys that look blue in the light, though Windward Grey looks more sparkly.
