Hi , brothers.

​​​ after my spark plugs replacements and the valve cover gasket I'm still experiencing smoke and burning smell from the engine bay see the picture where I am pointing not sure it was the oil or the coolant, please advise

 

Residual oil on the cover heating up/burning off ?! Looks to be oil where you are pointing.

If it was leaking onto the exhaust - most likely its still there till it burns off

 

It looks dry around the area without serious dripping now.

Mechanic said let the residual oil to burn out , I will just take his word for now.(but if it is still smoking later, I will go back to kick some asses)

Common problem. I replaced both my valve cover gaskets on the re-build and one leaks a drop or two of oil every now and then onto the manifold.
Annoying really considering. I will get round to sorting mine shortly I hope.
