Default New film and Ceramic

Thought I'd post a photo of the new film and ceramic coating. Xpel ultimate removed Suntek installed. The ceramic is Pro Gold 5 coats (4 of 9H Glass Shield plus 1 light), wheels have Ceramic Pro Wheel and Coating on wheels and calipers. 1 layer of Rain on all windows and glass. This film is very clear compared to the xpel. The xpel saved some front bumper stop scuffs though.

Looks great! So you like the Suntek better than the Xpel eh? I will have to keep that in mind for the future.

I had a less than satisfactory experience with xpel ultimate. Installer was a large part of the problem. This looks like there is no film on it-the xpel started to have a yellow cast to it. I had it on for two years, stored in winter. We will see. Installer said xpel just came out with a new product.

Default First Real Clean Up of 2018

not the greatest photography but spent 2 hours detailing the car for the first time this year. Nice to have it all cleaned up even though I’ve been driving it the last two weeks. By the way, Unhingd’s Prep and Polish is simply the best cleaner I’ve ever used. Was really pleased with the results. First chance I’ve had to use it since last years Lobster Run when he provided us all bottles as gifts. Great stuff. Ready for a weekend of Cars and Coffee meets.

Thanks. Note the snowblower that finally got put away and if you zoom inside the garage you will see the row or round steel signs. The one on the left if from Lobster Run 1. It's signed by Wayne Carini.

Nice. The snowblower head comes off my tractor on Sun, so I will once again be able to get both cars in the garage.

Ignore the Black center caps lol. Need to get those finished to match the bronze wheel.

Thats the colour I wanted.. --- -- .. but they only have "off-black" and "ultra bleu" , recently a darker bleu has been added to the choice..
