Default Ribbon Repair and external clock setup

Here is a picture of my first ribbon repair and setting up a bench test outside of the car. Pretty easy repair. I used AKSpeedo.com. One thing I hate is the instructions they use photo bucket that has so many adds it is a pain in the a&& to look at.

I used a cut cable off another Jag and plugged it into a 12V DC power supply.

Yea that is who i used

For the pinouts I used pin 4/7/11 to get the clock to work with the power supply
