Default X350 brembo to x308 - who's done it and what's required

Who has adapted the x350 brembos that are available and cheap to the x308?

What's needed, was it worth it?

Any information is appreciated?

Thank you (late production 98 xjr vehicle sold as a 99)

People thought about it and i thought about it over 14 years ago.

short answer is they are every different in every way. You need an adapter made. Or a spindle swap.....a lot of fabrications.

x308 and X350 have different calipers, bolt pattern... Nothing they share in common

long answer is what i wrote last time everything is possible with unlimited time and money/funding.

Yeah after your post on the other thread and the search I never found many solid write ups on it. Suppose the easiest route is pay the money for the x308 brembos. I'll continue to try and find information on the brakes and determine the best route to go, appreciate the information you have provided.
