Can anyone give me an approximate location for connector or wiring junction IPS13. It is is a positive feed for switch and control illumination

 

IPS13 is related to IP053, further detail I dunno:

 

McJag Thank You that is helpful and gives me a start . The exact issue is no illumination to - cigar lighter, stop start switch and speed limiter. Also nothing to steering control illumination and Halo lighting . I do have working gear shift illumination which also responds from the dim switch . Yet all these appear to feed from IPO53 and IOS13.
