I am searching for a set of Speedo/Tacho chrome bezels for my Series 1 VDP Double six. I was given a set of center gauges with chrome bezels, and they look a lot better than the original black ones my car came with from new. I know they aren't original and I should keep this car as original as possible, but many of the series 1 cars came with chrome bezels, and I heard they were replaced with black to satisfy an American safety rule? Comments welcome. Accordingly, if anyone has a source for the chrome version much appreciated. Cheers, Chris

I might have one or two (speedo or tach) gauges from a Series 2 with chromed bezels, can't remember, but I wouldn't want to remove the bezels from the gauges to sell just the bezels.
Your best bet is to find complete used gauges with chromed bezels.

also contact Speedy Cables in UK, they might sell spare bezels.
