Telematics battery with Executive Rear Seats

Telematics battery with Executive Rear Seats
After exhausting research I’m at wit’s end.
I need/would like to change the backup battery in the telematics as the lifespan is around 8 years. I’m not getting the “SOS” message yet. I think the unit should be behind the rear seat, passenger side (in UK/Driver in US) sort of over the wheel well. However, I have the rear “Executive“ seats which are adjustable, etc. in other words a nightmare to remove as it is 30 steps in the service manual. I peeked under the bolster but couldn’t see it? Am I wrong? Any ideas? Don’t think accessible from the boot?
Nothing on the internet or the usual forums I visit. So, I guess it is either super easy or no one else has a car like mine…haha
