Default Lumbar bladder replacement

Both driver's and passenger's seat lumbar support do not inflate.
They both have a whirring sound but there is no movement, so I suspect the 20 year bladders are gone, and/or the tubes are disconnected/rotten as the pumps seem to be working when the button is pushed.
I have trawled thru all the forums and looked at all posts from a search "LUMBAR BLADDER" a get the impression that the hardest part is dismantling our seats to get at the bladder to replace it.
Can anyone tell me how to go about this for the standard seats in our x150 cars? I don't believe I have any special seats.
Thanks in advance

You will of course need to remove the seats to access the inner parts.
It then becomes pretty obvious.
