Recently had a new exhaust fitted, and Im quite pleased with it.
Its a Powerflow system cat back. I wanted the sound completely silent including motorway speeds apart from when hard under throttle when I dont mind hearing a "AMG" exhaust note.

Question is will sports cats make it louder when cruising?

 

My first reaction was, "He's on the wrong side of the road and is gonna hit that car!" .

Sounds decent, still fairly quiet for sure. High flow cats will open it up a bit more and give you some power gains, but you will pay the price in noise level some, as well as exhaust tone.

 

Nice sound. stick with it.

Anyone can have a Scubi exhaust.

But the XJR is a more sophisticated 'sleeper'.

 

That's pretty funny.

I liked the sound. Understated, throaty, growl. Like a cat should sound like. Much improved over the "before".

 

Quite restrained. I like it.
