Connectivity Software not updating on E-Pace 2018
Hi, Brand new to this forum, Hi to everyone.
Not sure if others had this issue but can't get connectivity software to update. Phoned a couple of local Jaguar garages (I live north Birmingham) and they all want min £200 per hour to run diagnostics!
I'd be really grateful if anyone has an alternative solution.

Welcome to the forums Dave,
That's the going rate for a JLR Pathfinder diagnostics session. There are independents who have this dealer level diagnostics but it may not be necessary.
1. is this a recently acquired vehicle not purchased at a Jaguar Dealer?
2. have you followed the update procedure?

If you have followed the correct update procedure but it has failed, either your InControl account is not active or the vehicle is locked to the previous owner's account. Jaguar will give help on this:
