Hey guys and gals. Going to test drive and hopefully purchase a 2009 xkr next week. Can you all give me some figures on what you've spent servicing your xkr. Also anything else you may have spent on repairs. Cheers in advance

You would probably be best off asking this in the XKR section of the forums, as you will find quite a number of UK owners there who would be best placed to answer this.. bearing in mind that the cost does vary wildly depending on if you are going for dealership, Jaguar specialist independant, or just independant servicing - or even just doing the work yourself as quite a number of owners do. Stratstone offer fixed price servicing so you know exactly what it will cost (see attached PDF) every 12 Months or 15K Miles.

Repairs are an entirely different matter and can prove expensive if you aren't able to DIY. For example, I had an injector fail in northern Spain last year. Apart from the car being in the nearest Jaguar Dealer for a week, the repair cost was in excess of 1100 UKP.
